If you require an emergency appointment please call us as soon as possible as our emergency slots can be taken up quite quickly.

Please note the difference between an Emergency appointment and an Urgent appointment before calling us.

New patients would need to pay a deposit of £19.70 at the time of booking an appointment.

What constitutes an Emergency?

Emergency appointments are for patients who are in severe pain and will be seen on the day provided we have appointments available at the time of call.

In pain and getting no relief from using pain killers. Pain keeping you up at night, causing swelling or temperature. Trauma to the face resulting with broken teeth.

The following is regarded as Urgent appointment and not regarded as Emergency hence can be seen in couple of days and normally you will be booked with your usual dentist.

Broken filling with little sensitivity

Loose or lost crown

Broken dentures

Travelling by car:

We have a disabled car park right in front of our premises. Unfortunately since we are located in the town centre we do not have any car parking spaces. Car parking facilities are available close by, such as the NCP Car Park on Nunn's Road which is about a minute away from our practice or alternative parking is available at Middleborough car park or the Colchester Retail Park if you happen to be shopping there.
